Delivery Overview
We deliver our Living Walls™ instant hedges and pleached screens using a combination of:
- Our own Twining Valley truck for local deliveries
- Mainfreight, for palletised deliveries to homes and other sites
- Rockeater Truck Services or other trusted specialist plant carriers for out-of-area orders
All deliveries require clear access for the vehicle, and because each hedge is heavy (around 100 kg for our largest hedges), it’s best to have two strong people available to move them from the drop-off point to their planting location. Please note that delivery does not include planting, and the driver can only place hedges at the closest safe access point if driveway or site access is limited.

Twining Valley Truck Deliveries
- Local deliveries only (mid-week)
- Our 9.5 m curtainsider truck with tail-lift requires 4.2 m height clearance and 3 m width clearance
- The driver will help position hedges in a location easily accessible from the truck, but you’ll be responsible for moving them to their final positions
Mainfreight Deliveries
- Hedges are delivered palletised, suitable for homes and other sites
- Local Mainfreight driver unloads at the gate or nearest safe access point
- Each pallet can be heavy; two strong people are recommended to unwrap and move hedges to their planting locations
- Fibreglass rod handles are removed for shipping; poles are included to help carry the hedges
Rockeater / Other Specialist Plant Carriers
- Used for out-of-area deliveries outside our standard truck range
- Large curtainsider trucks, unloading at gate or nearest safe access point
- Two strong people recommended to move hedges from drop-off to planting locations
- Drivers will appreciate assistance for a safe and smooth delivery
